La corruption

يعبرُ "الفساد" كعنوان دال على عطب وتلف في بنية الأنظمة السياسية وبيئاتها الاجتماعية وقيمها وأخلاقياتها. يعبرُ هذه الأنظمة وتلك المجتمعات بمختلف مؤسساتها من أقصى شرق الأرض إلى أقصى غربها حتى يكاد أن يكون طاعوناً ضارباً العالم بأسره. يقرأ الباحث نزار سلوم٬ في محاضرته٬ سؤال الفساد ويقارب حالاته ومختلف تشعباته ومآلاته على نحو جديد مختلف. نبذة عن المحاضر : باحث وكاتب سوري. بدأت كتاباته تظهر في الصحافة الأدبية والفكرية منذ سبعينيات القرن الماضي حيث كتب في أغلب الصحف الصادرة في بيروت ودمشق وبعضها الصادر في عمان والإمارات العربية المتحدة فضلاً عن الصحف المهاجرة التي تصدر في باريس ولندن. كما مارس مهنة الصحافة وعمل رئيسا ً للتحرير لبعض المجلات منها (فكر) و (الثقافة) في بيروت. محاضر ومشارك في مؤتمرات فكرية متعددة. يهتم خصوصاً بالشأن السوري. من كتبه المنشورة في هذا المجال: نحت السياسة - المسألة السورية (استراتيجيات في المختبر) - أهل السورية وخصومها. السبت في الخامس من شهر تشرين الأول ٢٠١٩ في تمام الساعة السابعة مساء Centre des loisirs de Saint-Laurent : 1375 rue Grenet, Saint-Laurent, H4L 5K3 الدعوة عامة ومجانية

============ La corruption est devenue un signe évident de défaillance dans la structure de tout système politique ainsi que dans tout environnement social et toute base morale. La corruption traverse et pénètre tous les systèmes et toutes les sociétés à travers le monde. Le conférencier Nizar Salloum présentera le fruit de ses réflexions autour de ce sujet épineux. Il l'approchera dans tous ses aspects, incarnations et aboutissements, d'une manière nouvelle et innovatrice. Brève biographie : Ecrivain et chercheur d’origine syrienne, ces premiers œuvres ont vu le jour au début des années 1970. Il a écrit dans la plupart des journaux de Beyrouth, Damas et plusieurs autres journaux à Amman et aux ÉAU ainsi que dans certains périodiques arabes de Paris et de Londres. Il a pratiqué le journalisme et a occupé le poste de rédacteur en chef dans plusieurs revues comme « Fikr-pensée » et « Thakafé-culture » à Beyrouth. Conférencier dans plusieurs colloques traitant principalement de la Syrie et de la question syrienne. ========= Corruption has become a clear sign of failure and damage in the structure, values, and morals of political systems. Similar to a plague, it can cross and affect all systems and societies around the world. In his lecture, the researcher Nizar Salloum will present the fruit of his reflections around the sociology of corruption. He will approach it in all its aspects, ramifications and mechanisms , in a new and innovative way. Mr. Salloum is a Syrian researcher and author. His publications started to appear in many culture and literary journals since the seventies of last century. He has written in many of the major journals in Beirut and Damascus, also his articles published in the United Arab Emirates and Oman and in some of the migrated Arabic journals in Paris and London. He worked as journalist and was chief editor for many cultural and literary magazines such as "Fiker" and "Thaqafa" in Beirut. His is a lecturer and participant in many intellectual conferences. His main focus and research is on the Syrian issue.
