Biographie du conférencier
M. Mouhamed Houmad : baccalauréat en sciences physiques de l'université Sidi Mouhammed Binabdallah, Fes et un autre bac en microélectronique à l'université à l'UQAM. Maitrise en télécommunication à l'Institut National de la recherche Scientifique INRS. Ex- Auxiliaire d'enseignement à l'université du Québec à Montréal.
Travail chez bell Canada présentement.

محمد حومد حائز على شهادة جامعية في العلوم الفيزيائية من جامعة سيدي محمد بن عبد الله - فاس ،شهادة جامعية جامعية اخرى بالالكترونيات الدقيقة من جامعة الكيبيك في مونتريال. حاصل على ماجيستير من المعهد الوطني للبحث العلمي في مونتريال. يعمل حالياً في شكرة بيل كندا.

The conference has focused on political developments in Morocco, with a focus on the conditions "Arab Spring" that led to the rise of the PJD, the islamist mouvement, in power and occupation of the first places in the recent municipal and regional elections.
